Yes, any part of the economy can be an attractive target. You can bet that the Chinese, Russians, and North Koreans already have the ability to target any online portion of the computer control system of these targets.

We are the world's second largest exporter of gas, behind USA, but are not allowed to use it ourselves because our government only allows renewables (from China).
