Trouble is, if we bought it it'd come with labor/union debts & baggage 💸 ...
" .. salaries were delayed by 10 months, which drove protests by workers in February 2024.Avibras is actively seeking international contracts, having competed, for example, in the Spanish defense program SILAM, in partnership with the Spain-based company New Technologies Global Systems in October 2023."
I'd go with the Spanish company - 🇦🇺 has had lots dealings with Spain 🇪🇸 and found them OK.
* Heh. I've heard (Defence 'grapevine') that they 🇪🇸 underquote rivals by omitting "after sales service" from their quotes. Which turns out to be non-optional stuff or the ships don't work. 💵 ie Not only had you better read the fine print very closely, you better read the Spanish version 🇬🇧🇪🇸..

All of that would disappear after they shut down the plant in Brazil and move the physical assets to Oz.

All of that would disappear after they shut down the plant in Brazil and move the physical assets to Oz.There's a term for that: it's called 'cherry picking'. 🍒
