Even badgers can build themselves ramps and platforms , so H. erectus and H. naledi might have been able to do the same.

True. But badgers and beavers don't turn their engineering know-how and wood-working skills into construction of boats able to cross the seas. Homo erectus could do this ..
Which means Sahul must have been colonised circa 1Mya by pre-human hominins: H. erectus obviously - but who knows who else? If so, does that call into question Out-Of-Africa?
