There's been complaint in Washington about how bad AUKUS is for the US Navy. As in, "We can't build enough subs for ourselves, never mind for Aussies."
We can fix that ...๐ต๐ต๐ต ๐ฆ๐บ๐ค๐บ๐ธ

We should be building them ourselves we have the technology, but not in Adelaide where the Chinese built an "embassy" overlooking the shipyards and not in Williamstown that is just not big enough. Australia has a long history of building ships there was a firm in W.A. making ships. yachts and aluminium patrol boats. My Father's ancestors were boat builder and shipwrights in Tasmania in the days of sail building traders and whalers. The original Bass Trader belonged to our family.

I hope that Austal makes it through the next few years; I'd like to see it become solid and successful. It's important for self defense of our nations.
Revelation 6:4 (NIV): Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make people kill each other. To him was given a large sword.

I hope that Austal makes it through the next few years; I'd like to see it become solid and successful. It's important for self defense of our nations. All successful companies, if they are to live long and prosper, reach a point where they have to euthanase the founder-hero and/or his descendants heirs where these have been left a controlling interest on the board. Ford is the text-book case re this evolutionary process. I've read that there's talk within Austal concerning the incumbent chair-and-founder - as in, what's to be done about him? ๐ช
