BANDits and Jurassic Park fanboys will hate me for this, but I think you wouldn't be able to tell an avialian from a troodontid or a dromaeosaur if you saw the feathered fowl plundering the trash cans in your backyard. 2. Would it really be able to bring down a choristodere nearly its size (and probably heavier)? 3. Why does nobody do research on how the Seriema uses its hyperextendable claw in feeding and prey aquisition? It's a semi-domesticated animal, being kept on many a South American farm as a ratter... 4. If they had choristoderes at such high latitudes - essentially a semi-antarctic environment - what does that mean for Nessie and all those "corcadiles" and giwoites reported from early modern Eastern Europe ?
