Hi Chris,
Yeah, I've been following this story for the past few months on Cryptozoolgy.com
The general consensus seems to be that it's another elaborate hoax...
I must say I'm a sceptic (as ever)...
I guess we'll all know soon enough!
Cheers,
Mike.

My personal fav BF yarn is the one about the fella dressed up in a gorilla suit for an 'on location' beer commercial or something. Lone hunter stalking thru the woods spots him in telescopic sight ... ;D

Here's my first take... A number of commentators have suggested the recently announced Georgia bigfoot may simply be an old movie costume. Where Light Meets Dark pulls out the old ruler again and starts making a detailed comparison of the facial proportions between images... Sky news had a short piece on the find last night and so far it looks as though things might be legit but they are being very careful and scientific proof is yet to be presented.

Hi Chris,
I don't think those grapes were ever even slightly sweet (or believable!) :-)
Cheers,
Mike.

I am hiring the Movie Harry & The Hendersens tonight........Is Harry Dead...Oh No Not Harry!! It was bad enough when I heard John Candy Died, Now Harry's gone too. AAAH Well. I heard he lost a foot on a land mine whilst on tour with the late Princess Di, she was wearing that face protector, whilst Ol Big Feet as he was known was just jumping around, till he hit a detonator, hence why he is referred to as Big Foot & not Big Feet. . This May be him because I can not see two feet.

Detective Sasquatch gets his "man" ... Cop could face sack over Bigfoot hoaxhttp://www.news.com.au/heraldsun/story/0,21985,24211558-5012748,00.html Staff writers

THE men who claimed to have a body of Bigfoot in their freezer were hoaxers who had frozen a gorilla suit, an "independent" Bigfoot researcher says.
The frozen 2.3m tall "part human and part ape" carcass, supposedly found by Matt Whitton and Rick Dyer in the US state of Georgia in July, was found to be a gimicky costume once it had been thawed, Steve Kulls wrote on the searchingforbigfoot.com website.
Mr Kulls, executive director of another Bigfoot website squatchdetective.com and host of Squatchdetective Radio, says a hair sample from the "creature" was first heated and "melted into a ball uncharacteristic of hair." ...
Shucks, BF's just a suit ... and a cheap plastic one @ that. ;D

These morons make it hard to ascertain whether there is any credible evidence; anything else that turns up now will automatically be classified a hoax and may not be investigated.
