On the subject of finding a Thylacine and what-to-do next, and some possible consequences, has anyone read the novel called 'Thylacine Conspiracy', by Bill Cromer? It was a good read, and I must admit, I did find it hard to put down...the story kept moving at a brisk pace. Another novel I found, also in the same store (the souvenir shop at the foot of the chairlift that takes you up to the top of 'The Nut' in Stanley) was 'The Last Thylacine', by Terry Domico. Not as good as the first, they both provided entertaining reading in a world where we wish these animals could be found, but the unfortunate possible consequences if they were. I visited several bookstores while in Tassie, but failed to see these books other than where I initially purchased them. Has anybody also read some good books on the subject?
