Well well. I c the cloneheads have worked out how to get some thylacine DNA into a mouse and get it going. www.newscientist.com/channel/life/dn13928-tasmanian-tiger-dna-lives-again.html?feedId=online-news_rss20Not sure how many zillion dollars that cost, but I for one would rather see the money spent on habitat resoration to give the last few living thylacines a chance at long term survival. And it means those of us who are active in the field need to redouble our efforts to prove its existence, before they waste yet more of our taxes on this unneccessary extravagance.
