So say cryptozoologists Richard Freeman and Jonathan Downes in a presentation being made tonight at the Grant Museum of Zoology, London. Not only are they presenting, but they'll be presenting alongside specimens of the thylacine, dodo and quagga. Lucky people! londonist.com/2008/05/creature_featur.phpChris.

I have had a few discussions with Richard he told me ages ago that an Australian visit is on his wish list when he can obtain funding.

I hinted at it in my comment on the londonist page... there is a search in the works for next year.

Last night my friend in Vic told me that he saw a thylacine wiith 2 tails. A big tail sticking straight out and a little tail underneath it. So if it was really that thylacine that may have been snared and escaped , the bubbas must have came through the ordeal OK, and the female is still using that hunting district. Also after 3 days a road killed wombat that was put on the site was predatored, in the manner that we are accustomed to crediting to thylacine. Cheers Wally
