Hard to say, Ray, could be superimposed or just an odd splay. I'm not going to call it on that one.
Anyone else have an opinion?

about 15 years ago I got 2 track lines of thylacines I saw them that how I know they were thys, over 80 prints one track line is at maximum gait, the other were all long pads some of the front feet were over lap from the rear tracks she was probably carry a heavy load of young. look at the a -symmetrical position of the toes and the shape of the overall track.

the rudimentary thumb only shows under certain conditions .its very rare to see it in any gait .normally the animal would be flat footed to get a good imprint of the fifth.and in 2011 i sent pics of my little antichinus to qld museam and other wildlife groups they knew it was a antichinus but not the species they were to let me know but i didnt get a answer , and then they made there discovery. i made another discovery 4 mts ago until im finished my researth they can all wait.
